Essential task or meaningless burden? Nurses ‘perception of the value of documentation

Based on interviews with nurses I present the differnet ways i which nurses understand the value (or lack of value) of documentation. And then proceed to discuss the difference between a task being percieved as useful and one percieved as meaningful.
