Experience in science education, teacher training, out of school activities and didactics of science centers and museums. My current work focuses on pre-service teacher education, out of school activities and the development of teaching materials.

For many years, I was part of the School service and public outreach department at the Natural History Museum of Denmark (SNM). In my first years, I was involved with School service in the Botanical Garden and event management. In the later years, I managed the development online teaching materials, the development of guided tours and the personnel management, training and further education of the +30 student employees, who welcomes visitors and teaches school groups in the botanical garden and the exhibitions.

In 2022 I finished my Pedagogical training programme (pædagogikum), after two years of employment at an upper secondary school (HF).

I am currently working at Københavns Professionshøjskole, involved in teacher education in the field of biology. In my teaching, I combine my passion for nature with the didactics of museums, science centers and other out of school science teaching activities.
