Abstract
The thesis describes the design of two physical activity
interventions build on prior research in embodied learning,
exercise and cognition. School stakeholders have been
involved in the process to make interventions feasible to
implement into the school context of 3rd grade. Further a
study in implementation outcomes of the two interventions
have been conducted to gain knowledge of the feasibility of
the two interventions. This have led to the refinement and
expansion of the interventions to a protocol for a larger 3-
armed RCT-study.
