Abstract

Studie af implikationerne af det politiske fokus på børns trivsel for pædagogiske medarbejdere i daginstitutioner, for deres arbejde og for deres forståelser af de udfordringer de møder i deres arbejde med børns trivsels. Projektet udforsker de kritiske potentialer i praktikernes perspektiver for forståelsen og udviklingen af pædagogisk praksis og policy.
