Presentation

Experienced Nurse with a PhD degree in Public Health and Epidemiology.  Currently employed as a 
Senior Associate Professor (Docent) at University College Copenhagen. Primary research interest in the field of complex interventions, patient- and public involvement, social inequality and mixed methods. PhD project (2015-2018) explored "Mechanisms of social inequality in cardiac rehabilitation attendance among patients with acute coronary syndrome using a Mixed Methods design." 
Postdoc project (2019-2023) was designed as a complex intervention with a mixed methods design, exploring the effect of peer-mentor support for older vulnerable patients with ischemic heart disease.
I have experience in the area of Public Health, Social Medicine, Clinical Research, Social inequality, cardiac rehabilitation, Adolescent alcohol drinking. Skilled in both qualitative, quantitative and Mixed Methods research.
