    Description

    Aim: to understand the experiences and ongoing social processes of patients receiving specialist palliative care in own home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
    Included in the study are 19 Danish speaking patients between 45 and 86 years of age, who have daily symptoms related to a life-threatening disease. The patients are all receiving specialized palliative care from the Department of Palliative Care at Herlev and Gentofte University Hospital primo April 2020.
    Patients have been interviewed by telephone, after having given informed consent to participate. Data are being analyzed using grounded theory.
