    Et Erasmus+ strategisk partnerskab. Koordinerende partner er Oslo & Akershus University College of Applied Sciences (HiOA) fra Norge. Øvrige projektpartnere er Limerick University (LU) og Mary Immaculate College (MIC) fra Irland, University of the Western Cape (UWC) fra Sydafrika og University College Capital (UCC) i Danmark.
    I alle partnerlande deltager også skoler i projektet. I Danmark deltager Skovbrynet skole. På UCC deltager undervisere fra læreruddannelsen og pædagoguddannelsen.
    Projektets formål er:
    Developing practice and methods for teacher education in order to strengthen teachers’ capacity to manage recent changes in society through:
    1. Sharing of good practices from dealing with increasingly multilingual and cultural diverse school and kindergarten; including impact on curriculum development in teacher education.
    2. Strengthen content and relevance in teacher education through a focus on “teacher well –being” in their professional capacity dealing with the new challenges.
